Returns

 

All LP Support® products are made with quality materials to the highest standards. Customer satisfaction is something which we guarantee. For whatever reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase from LP Support® online you may return your items within 30 days of receiving a returns code. To obtain a returns code please contact LP Support® Customer Care with your order number and details of item/items you wish to return and why. You must obtain a returns code within 28 days of receipt of product. Items which have been damaged through misuse or abuse cannot be returned. Items returned within their original packaging undamaged, unused with a correct returns code will be issued with a refund via the original method of payment.

 

Contact LP Support® Customer Care and obtain a returns code. Email info@ttmarquet.com with the subject RETURN. You must include your details, order number and items you wish to return. You will receive a reply with a returns code. You may also wish to call LP Support® Customer Care on +61 3 9888 1870. You must obtain your returns code within 28 days of product receipt.

 

Package your LP Support® items must be returned in it’s original packaging ensuring security. The returns code must be written on the outside packaging as well as the inside on the original documentation. When returning items to us it is suggested to use a traceable or tracking service with insurance. LP Support will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

 

When we receive your returned goods at LP Support® head office and your returned item(s) have been verified correct and in original condition we will issue the refund for the price of the item(s) to the original payment method. Completed within 30 days of receipt.

 

Orders & Shipping

 

LP Support® offers shipping through a dedicated courier service. For all LP Support® orders please allow 2-3 business days before delivery. Tracked and signed for orders are traceable so if you have a query on your order please email info@ttmarquet.com and quote the order number.
